By accessing and using the VidyutYatraa service, including our WhatsApp interface and EV charging integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

VidyutYatraa provides a platform for electric vehicle users to manage charging sessions and wallet balances via WhatsApp. We facilitate communication between the user and supported EV charging stations.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use our services, you must register using your phone number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your registered WhatsApp number. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Wallet Balances and Payments

• Loading Funds: You may add funds to your VidyutYatraa wallet using our supported third-party payment gateways.
• Charging Deductions: Funds will be automatically deducted from your wallet based on the units consumed during your charging sessions.
• Refunds: Wallet balances are non-transferable. Refund requests for failed charging sessions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Use of Charging Stations

You agree to use the EV charging stations in a safe and lawful manner. VidyutYatraa is not liable for any physical damage to your vehicle, the charging equipment, or any third-party property resulting from improper use of the charging infrastructure.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, VidyutYatraa does not guarantee that our platform or the physical charging stations will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance or other operational reasons.
